Horrible customer service. I went for threading(as I don't prefer waxing my eyebows) but the lady there insisted that she was a Professional" and knew what she was doing...Very argumentive & know-it-all attitude

She waxed the whole arch off my eyebrow!I went there for waxing and threading. I only thread my eyebrows and wax the rest of my face. The lady insisted it was better for waxing and that the threading was better for shaping after. She seemed to know what she was doing so I trusted her.My eyebrows have never been thinner and I’m missing part of my eyebrow! She said the next time I come that’s when the shaping happens. Also, I have so many patches of hair on my face. I have never had my eyebrows done so badly in my life and I will not be returning!

Do not go there. The lady refused to wax the side of my face. She told me that she can only wax the whole face. I told her that I have sensitive skin and hot wax causes hyperpigmentation. She said it's not true. I then went there 3 times for threading, I felt uncomfortable. I finally let her wax my face and now I have dark patches everywhere on my face.
