Markham Auto Glass Repair & Replacement

Reached out to this company for windshield replacement for our work vehicle, the glass had a stone chip which developed into a crack, that slowly became bigger. Their price was competitive compared to other places, which way over charged for the same service. They answered the phone when I called, didn't have to leave a voicemail, and they were able to privide a quote right there and then over the phone when provided all the vehicle information. Other places either didn't answer, or required a in person visit for a quote which was not convenient for a work vehicle, or answered back 2-3 days later. All this gave them an advantage over other companies. Our truck was dropped off Friday and picked up Monday, everything looks good so far. Will definitely keep them in mind for personal vehicle work and recommend them to my family and friends. One suggestion I have for the company is to send a booking confirmation email once the customer has paid the deposit, with the date and time for their appointment.

Was open on Saturday, while other auto glass repair facilities were not.Contact was professional, ckearly explained the options and showed me the product to be installed.Took a bit longer than expected, but I was satisfied with the overall experience and product/ professionalism.
