I had a great experience with Scotia fuels mostly due to the customer service provided by Evan MacKinnon. I was in Grand Cayman and my fiancee was running out of oil. Evan sent someone over right away to assess the situation and tell us what we needed to get done to have the oil delivered. I appreciate you guys helping us out. 10/10 recommend.

Wow. Their team is super friendly and right on time. I recently bought a 4plex which has oil heat and wanted to make sure everything was working properly and wouldn’t have any issues in the near future. I shot them an email and scheduled a time for them to come the following week. They arrived on time with a clear truck and a very polite representative. They explained everything to me along the way and left me feeling confident everything is in working order. Thank you for being so helpful.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I woke up one day with no heat, I recently purchased a house and thought I had plenty of oil so I never bothered to fill it up. I was in a bit of a pickle and these guys came to my rescue. They came and filled up my oil tank. They sent a special guy to flush the lines and get the furnace working again. This was all the same morning. I can't be grateful enough. They are small, locally owned company and I really appreciate the personalized service. Thank you so much!

If there is a star less than 1 would give them that. Be careful when they come for repairs definitely will overcharge you for parts not used. Specially technician with a Royal name. The supervisor also involved. Complaining is waste of time. Thanks to them we are now natural gas.
