A wonderful experience. I went in to see how much it would cost to fix my laptop that had died. I was given a very reasonable and as it turned out, very accurate estimate. I dropped off the laptop on the way to work and was given a call with a more accurate estimate, just like he said he would do, by about 10am. I agreed with the price and was told a day or 2 depending on when the parts came in. Again I thought that was very reasonable. It was fixed in 1 day. Fantastic service and a very reasonable price. What a great experience.

Ron is helpful and super courteous. He turned my old laptop which stopped loading into a brand new like conditioned laptop. He saved me a thousand dollar in buying a new laptop. Definitely would recommend him to my family and friends.
