I would give no star if I could. I spoke to 2 agents and all of a sudden no reply from anyone, not even their generic contact email address. I see others have been left hanging too. Very suspicious

Unfortunately this company choose an interesting way to deal with potential Customers. All discussions are verbally, and when you ask to give you proposal, you are proposed to talk to Senior managers team again verbally. It seems that they sign a contract also verbally. BTW when I ask to provide written proposal and proposed contract, again I was addressed to talk to Senior manager. I'm not sure what kind of business this company is running. May be I'm an old school Customer, but for me written proposal and proposed contract are mandatory.So to everybody - good luck to work with this team. Hopefully you will not be screwed.

The sales rep was very helpful, unfortunately the solution was not cost effective with the savings coming after 19 years and the product warranty of only 10 to 11 years. I am interested if a cost effective solution is available.

They sent me a proposal only 10 minutes before the phone consultation. So I cancelled the meeting. I needed time to properly review the proposal. Here is the exact email that they sent to me in response.Hi XXXXXXXXXXXxXXXXXX,Your Solar Assessment & System Proposal with Colin Doucet at 10:00am (Eastern Time - US & Canada) on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 has been canceled by Colin Doucet. Please reschedule.Cancellation Reason:Very rude customer not realizing we only receive the evaluations shortly before the call. File closed.

Would be a zero star if that was an option. I have had solar panels for 3 years now. The first 11 months I found out my solar panels were not even turned on. Power company said solar should of done this and solar says power should if done this. Now we are year an half past this and still see no difference on my power bill. Well to find out my solar panels are not even working. And to even get a hold of someone at the company seems to be a challenge.

Do not make the mistake of purchasing from this company. All of their addresses are not proper places of business, just P.O. boxes and residential condominiums. They promise a great solar array with features like automatic snow removal from the array and power for your home during extended power outages. The array they gave me does not meet their promises. It will not run in extended power outages and snow accumulates on my array dramatically (see image below). They repeatedly tried to overbill me. Instead of negotiating with me over their deficiencies they have threatened me with lawyers, credit collection agents and now are suing me in Ontario court (where they are based).If you click on the positive reviewers on this page, they mostly link to people in Ontario - most likely these are all fake reviews as an Ontarian wouldn't leave their review linked to google's Nova Scotia Solar X page. Find a local Nova Scotian supplier with genuine happy customers among your neighbours. Do not make the mistake I made in trusting this company.

Their staff was friendly and courteous. They were very professional even though they were not able to help me due to the tree coverage. They explained the reasoning very professionally.

Other than a series of automated sales emails that didn't offer the help I asked for, I've had no response from an actual person. 2 Stars because I think a good company will follow up on not just the every day requests by sending automated responses, but should recognize potential new opportunities and possibilities.

The response to our inquiry was prompt as was the resulting proposal. The representative was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Follow up questions were responded to in a most efficient manner.

I requested information on pricing etc. I was told a proposal would only be given during a consultation with a saleperson. I don't need to be cornered by a salesperson, if your product has value it should sell itself - inform your customers and then perhaps you will earn the privilege of selling them a product.
