One of the best places in Guelph for quality water. They also know what they are doing and how to truly sanitize and keep caps clean.Prices are great and services are supportive.The consumer doesn't have to self serve and if you can't manage carrying back to your vehicle, you certainly aren't expected too.It's also a community business so there is dedication behind the service and products.It is costing me much less then buying plastic water bottles at grocery.Plans offered have great terms too. No surprises....Hope they stay around a long time.

Mike is a great guy. We are neighbours but did not really know eachother. I had problems with my R/O storage tank and water flow. I had bought the system from the person who owned WC before Mike. He listened to my issue, told me how to disconnect my tank and bring it in. The repair was just to refill the tank with air to push the water. It has never worked better. He did not charge me a dime. I buy my salt from him, I refer people there, and have bought all my R/O parts from him. Am happy to write a positive review and am proud to support a small business. If you don't go see him for softener needs, you're doing yourself a disservice.

Dealing with Mike was super easy. He didn't try to upsell me as others were trying to do. he simply sold me a unit based on my needs. Install was quick, and easy. Water softener works very good, runs quiet. Very happy with the product.

This is the best place in Guelph for my water needs. I purchase the spring water, it's great. The customer service is fantastic. I have a back injury and Mike is kind enough to load it into the trunk of my car for me. The customer service received at this location is second to none.
