I have expressed multiple times I do not need a mortgage or any services provided by you. Please stop spam calling me, texting me, emailing me. I have tried blocking numbers but they somehow keep switching to different numbers or emails to keep spam contacting me. How many times do I need to say no for it to be enough?

As a first-time home buyer, I was naturally nervous about the entire process. Throughout the entire home buying process, Neeraj was extremely transparent with me. Had the unfortunate experience trying to get mortgage rates with Citadel. We are a good income/credit family with no debt. They promised lower rates…while continually asking for more and more personal info. They require more info than any other bank/broker out there. Just when you think you are finished they will ask for more. Still unsure if we were just scammed for our personal info. It may work, but if you aren’t desperate than don’t waste your time.
