We had Rey come out to look at an attic ventilation issue. He was very responsive and met us the next day for an evaluation. Rey is very knowledgeable and assessed the situation quickly. He gave us very good pointers on how to solve the problem. While at the house, he even fixed a gutter that had fallen down due to storms…at no charge. We feel confident in his abilities to do the job and are pleased with this company.

Rey and his associate came out to look at some loose siding on the side of my house. They knew exactly what the issue was and what to do. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The price wasn't bad either. I would definitely use their services again.

During the ice and wind storm we had before Christmas 2022, I had damage to my siding caused by high winds. Rey came out super fast. He had to order the siding and was not able to fix that day. However, he put up house wrap on the exposed area to protect my plywood from damage. He didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. The siding just came in a few days ago and they came out yesterday and fixed everything. It looks better than it did before. He was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Will definitely use again.

Came out to look at water coming into our laundry room. Gave us his opinion and caulked the problem area at no cost. Very honest and professional, would highly recommend.

Initially called Rey for a leak around my chimney, but after he assessed everything he let me know about a few things that had been done poorly by other contractors. Luckily he educated me on lining my chimney and thank god for him because my last licensed Mason that rebuilt the chimney had dumped his bucket of cement down the chimney when he was finished which totally closed it off. Causing several problems like having to get another furnace because of no ventilation. Not to mention all the other things that could’ve & did happened from that. Long story short Ray and his crew came out gave me a whole new roof on a very hot holiday weekend and fixed a ton of other problems. I am thankful for him and the guys they were all so great and Appreciate them for giving up the holiday to fix my hundred year old house. Problem solved is a top-notch company and I would recommend them to anyone that wants a honest hard-working team.
