Parkdale Paving Ltd

We had our existing asphalt driveway removed, regraded and paved last year and have called Parkdale multiple times to speak to someone about having two areas where water pools fixed. Prior to the paving we proactively pointed out areas where water had pooled previously and we were assured that this would not be an issue. After the paving pools appeared and we were assured that someone would come back to fix the problem. We are still waiting for them to fix the pools and honour their warranty. If someone from Parkdale ever does call us back and correct the defects we will gladly take down this add/provide an update. At this point we would not recommend this company.

Parkdale Paving did an excellent job paving our driveway. This was a first driveway on a new home, so the builder had put in a deep, solid base. Parkdale took great care in prepping this base, adding gravel as required to ensure a good base right to the edges. A thick layer of asphalt was laid down and very carefully rolled and compacted along all edges. They made sure that the driveway was level with the garage and the street and were very careful to ensure that the driveway sloped away from the house and water runs off the driveway into the drainage ditch. The crew is very professional and friendly. After watching them put the driveway in, we are very pleased that we chose Parkdale for this job.

Dino’s crew is the best! Such easy going, hard working guys. They just finished the prep work for our large driveway. Any request that I had for them, they were happy to come through and make it happen. I’m looking forward to their return to install the asphalt!

There was another company in our area last year and their workers the foul language was coming from them was unbelievable I called the company and they put a stop to the language.So this year there was some neighbours having Parkdale Paving and I joined in very very impressed with the job and with the workers if I had to rate them 1 to 10 ,I definitely would give them a 10 keep up the good work guys.Parkdale have amazing workers very polite no foul language coming out from them and they’ve done an excellent prep job in my driveway and as a result they got another 9 driveways on our street.Rick Kilby

After getting a handful of quotes for paving our driveway, Dino's knowledge, advice, and a fair price made us decide to go with Parkdale. We are so happy with our new driveway, they came dug up the old driveway, hauled away the material, did the prep work for the new, came back a month or so later after it had settled and finished the job, The staff was excellent, very caring - made sure I knew not to let my dog walk on the hot pavement for at least 24 hrs, They did not leave a mess. Very professional, Highly recommend them.

I observed Parkdale Paving as they paved a neighbors driveway in Lagoon City. Being someone who has lengthy experience in construction, I must say Parkdale is impressive! Top-notch, modern and ample job-suited equipment - the very best trucks and equipment I've seen which makes their crew super-efficient and fast, obviously very skilled workers who seemed enthusiastic, friendly and empowered to do their best work, customer-facing rep. Robert Para was excellent, combined with all the best safety equipment, PPE and work procedures. They cleaned up quickly - including a pressure wash of the public roadway even before they fished the job. Wow! Impressive.

We have heard the company from someone we know. We contacted then and took a while for someone came to do the estimates, which is fine as we understand it might be busy for them. We signed the contract last June. Till this May, we did not hear a single word. We tried to check up on when it would be done, and only got can't tell you". So it has been 11 months and not a single word from them

Our driveway was in very poor condition as the previous homeowner (somewhere down the chain) went the cheap route and had a “skimcoat” applied - less than an inch thick and the driveway was cracked and collapsing with pieces coming off everywhere. When we finally decided it was time for replacement we called for 4 quotes including Parkdale Paving. They were not the cheapest quote but were in the ballpark of the others however the deciding choice was our neighbour’s recommendation steering us towards Parkdale because of the service they got for their driveway.I really didn’t know what to expect but Robert explained the process and after getting our deposit said they would be back to remove the old driveway and regrade in a few days. That process was done and completed in a timely manner and we were told that they would be back in approximately 4-6 weeks to pave the driveway which was done like a well-oiled machine by the Parkwood crew. My grandson watched them all day and their crew made him feel like a team member, 2 thumbs up for that.I forgot to let them know that I needed to place a post right in the middle of the driveway for a fence/gate so I needed to dig this by hand the next day. Let me tell you, that was tough going as there was a solid 3” of asphalt and another 3” of compacted base to get through. The quality and finish of the driveway is better than I expected and I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received.Good job all around.
