Ridiculous staff, my wife and 2 small children walked in at 11:45 a.m. and handed all information which was fully filled out to someone in their staff. Just for the staff to say sorry we can’t help you now because lunch is soon.How ridiculous , what other institution gets away with the type of customer service?That is completely unreasonable.

First time going today, was expecting the usual hassle with Service Canada and a 2.5 hour wait, was in and finished within 30 minutes. Customer service was exceptional, staff were very helpful and front desk woman ensures you have all needed paperwork before you sit to wait. Incredible experience, absolutely worth 5 stars
