If only there were a Zero star option. No customer service. Left messages and never heard from anyone for months. Excuses saying they always check their messages... but you can never reach an actual person. Good internet first few months then steady decline sometimes going 3-4 days no internet.... poorly run business. Seems a bit sketchy how things are run.... never again!

Le PIRE service internet qu'on peut pas inaginer. Le seul en plus dans la région. On peut passer des jours et c'est même arrivé plus d'une semaine SANS AUCUN service. Nous sommes prisonniers d'un fournisseur sans respect pour ses clients.

They've been relatively reliable, and pretty decent priced for unlimited bandwidth (even though I think charging for bandwidth is a scam anyways). In the past couple years, when a problem has arisen they've fixed it within an hour or two. However, given a recent incident in which my internet completely dipped to about 1/5 the speed I've been paying for, and on top of that is very inconsistant, cutting off connection every 1-2 minutes. Meaning I can't really even use that 1/5th speed for very much except for surfing and streaming the lowest quality of youtube videos because of those consistant cut off. Two weeks they've ignored my calls, which instantly bring me to an answering machine and because I work at home at the moment, it is very frustrating to not have a reliable internet service and even more so that they're ignoring me. Plus side? They stopped sending me invoices and bills, so I see no need to pay them (not that I could anyways...need the invoice numbers for my bank) so at the moment I'm getting this service for free.

Une des PIRES compagnie que j'ai jamais vu, AUCUN de service à la clientèle, manque constant d'internet.

I have to say that for the better part of just over a year of service with this provider has been a good experience until recently. They don't value their customers, the service for over 3 weeks now has been pretty much nowhere to be found. I have heard many excuses and no results to fixing my services. Enough is enough. St-Francois Telecom, consider yourselves on notice.

Très mauvais service!!! Soyez excessivement patient! On se fout pas mal de vous. Pas de retour d'appel!!

Aucun service sa fait 3 semaines que j apele chaque jours aucun retour d apele et en plus pas d internet l été je pensse de changer sérieusement de compagnie
