The bartender jemmery brought me a ‘finger bowl’ along side my wings. It was tangy, delicious and got spicier after each wing. 10/10 experience… only thing missing was tattoo guy.

I met my wife here, My Son was baptized in the dish pit, many good memories here.Manager? Josh did an incredible job speaking at our church service today, What a man of his community.

I am a coffee aficionado. I just had one of the worst cappuccinos I have ever had. Mercifully it was undersized. But not underpriced at $5.00 incl tax. Obviously Bar I doesn't believe in return business as far their cappuccinos are concerned. I won't be back.

Bar Italia is an interesting place and it’s been around for ages. The patio outside is beautiful and one of the best places to hang out in the Corydon area when the weather is warm. Inside can be a tad grungy, but it’s kind of charming. All sorts of people frequent this place – middle aged/older and students during the morning/afternoon and then a younger crowd at night when the place turns more into a bar. Some of the food is good. I’m not a coffee drinker, but friends have said they it’s good.

Excellent time. Their burgers are worth the trip, and so many options, on bun, artisan bread, or wrap. But also their fries are served with lots of flare, the cheese and bell pepper, the pesto and feta, the herb garlic. All amazingly flavourful. Great service. Great food.

My second review, last one was done a few years ago and I gave 5 stars mainly for the great wings which I felt were the best in the city, big and not over cooked like most places do them.BTW I have been going to Bar I for over 20 years and usually a couple of times a week in the afternoons during the summer, spending a few hundred/month there.This review I have to lower to 3 stars based on a couple of recent visits. I had the wings both times and sadly they were not up to the usual standard. They were smaller and a bit over cooked. In other words just like anywhere else, no longer the best, just a little better than ordinary.Cheers

Nothing like satisfying your Bar I Deluxe Fries cravings..picture in this review are the chicken fingers with deluxe fries..one being banana peppers and mozzarella and the other herb and garlic!Never disappointed..Bar I has been a staple since I was my teens. Spent my early twenties celebrating my birthday here and I have the best memories..definite changes in crowds over the decades..but the food brings me back!!

we walked in, went to the patio and sat down after sitting there for five minutes. I decided I should go inside to ask if we needed to be seated talk to the waitress she said oh yeah, pick any chair someone will be with you shortly which we did after waiting another 10 minutes, the waitress brought us water and told her she’d be back with mayonnaise, after waiting another 15 minutes she came back and asked us if we were ready to order. I said we have no menus or even drink menus. She informed us that there was no drink menu so I ordered my husband and myself a Budweiser and she told us she’d be back with mayonnaise , another 10 minutes goes by she finally came back and looked at the menu drank all of our beer while waiting and then she came to us another 15 to 20 minutes later and asked us what we wanted. We told her nothing at this point we were furious, upset and disgusted , so if you’re looking to go to a good place that has very good service this is not the place you’d be waiting a very long time etc.

Torontonian visiting Winnipeg for the first time. My friend brought me to this place and said it’s been here for years and the food is great! We went in and ordered Jalapeño Cheese Fries with Chicken fingers with the infamous Honey Dill sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was super fast! If you’re looking for a chill spot this is definitely the place. Apparently they get good djs in during the night, so I will definitely have to pop by during my next visit.
