Unfortunately, after committing to a vehicle and making a down payment, my opinion of Scarborough Toyota and Mark Georgi took a nosedive. I called a few weeks later to inquire about an update regarding my purchase, only to find that Mark was perpetually engaged with other customers and never bothered to return my call. Feeling brushed aside and neglected, I made another attempt to reach out for an update, but once again, my call went unanswered and unreturned. It's disheartening to be treated as if our business and concerns are no longer important once they have our money.Comparing this experience to other Toyota showrooms I have visited, it's evident that Scarborough Toyota falls short in terms of customer service. There are other dealerships where staff genuinely care about their customers and make them feel valued. It's clear that Scarborough Toyota has a long way to go in improving their attitude and treatment of customers.At this point, the ball is in their court. However, once the situation improves and there is an abundance of available vehicles, Scarborough Toyota will have no choice but to enhance their customer service if they wish to remain competitive. Neglecting customers and treating them with indifference is simply not acceptable, and I hope they take this feedback seriously.Overall, my experience with Scarborough Toyota, particularly Mark Georgi, was disheartening and frustrating. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative options where they will receive the attention, respect, and care they deserve throughout the purchasing process.

I bought my highlander here last year here, unfortunately it got stolen this may 2023, but I had a great experience before and decided to give go with them again. I got a new salesperson Cedric, who was very polite, friendly an easy to talk to. Car was delivered on time and as promised clean with smell of new. I was provided with some additional info about a loyalty program that is ending and should have been activated when I purchased my first car from them, as informed by the manager Riana, who was able to provide a gift card on my account,

I’m very happy i got this car from this dealership I didn’t expect to get this 4Runner i order at April 5 this year and 2weeks later they give me a call that my car has arrive fresh from the truck. Due to car shortage they doing their best to satisfy their customers.Thank you Sir Lito Santiago for help Kudos to you for helping me to from ordering to process until i get this new 4Runner in less than a month. We had a great experience picking our first car. The salesman Mansour was beyond professional and caring. He presented us with many great options and recommended deals that are suitable for us and what we were looking for. He also helped us with the financing which was very smooth and speedy process. We are so happy with the Toyota Camry that we have purchased and grateful for Mansour and the whole team who made our dream become a reality.
