We bought this massage chair years ago and it has never let us down! Recently there has been some minor issues and Daniel was at our doorstep in 2 days and took him less than an hour to fix it! Daniel is courteous, professional and efficient! They have awesome after sales service.

Daniel Chan was amazing! Easy to talk to, knowledgeable and trustworthy, the experience was no different than my expectations. I left the store with complete satisfaction and a couple of hours later, he had installed a beautiful massage chair. No better way to buy a product than face to face, knowing that your service needs are never in jeopardy. There are many brands to choose from on the internet, but no dealers to demonstrate and service. I highly recommend Daniel and National Massage Chairs.

I have been dealing with Danial for many years. Have bought 2 new chairs from him, sold one, and have had service calls in the rare event that something went wrong. He even delivered one to our boat when we went liveaboard for a couple of years! He will never forget that delivery! He has always been prompt, fair and very competent in all our inderactions. I believe his line of Panasonic chairs are the best.Besides that he is very easy to get on with. I can not recommend him highly enough!

Vancouver Island stores require us to prepaid chairs on line before they will deliver. Other stores will only deliver the chair to our driveway. A friend recommended Daniel and he spent an hour with us to show and explain about massage chairs in his store, and let us do trial runs. After deciding which chair we wanted, he travelled to Vancouver Island to deliver and set it up in our home. When I have questions later, he would return my calls to give me answers. We are very impressed with his service. We also love the chair we purchased.

Just 2 days ago, we purchased a new Panasonic massage chair from National Massage Chairs on Commerical based on the product & Daniel. The product is easy to choose based on features & price. Daniel's knowledge & presentation were excellent. He was trustworthy, personable & gave objective recommendations. I purchased a Panasonic massage chair yesterday for my dad. Daniel Chan was the salesperson we dealt with. I like to research a lot before spending a lot of money on something I don’t really know too much about. It took me about a week of online research to learn about the various types of massage chairs, their functions and warranty/repairs, prices, etc... I took my father out to a few places in the lower mainland to test out some chairs to see what he liked. We ended up at National massage chairs in Vancouver and we liked what we saw. Daniel really knew every detail about the chairs he sold and about other chairs on the market. He answered every single question we had and I felt like we could really trust him. At the end of the day what sold us on the massage chair besides the fact that the chair was great was the warranty and in home repair. We wanted to have peace of mind when it came to any type of repairs to the chair if necessary. Most other places we went to did not seem to have a repair/service team here in the lower mainland and it seems like it would be a nightmare to try getting your chair repaired. I would highly recommend at least checking out national massage chairs in your search for a massage chair.

Five (5) years ago I purchased a Panasonic massage chair from Daniel Chan of National Massage Chairs, Vancouver. A couple of days later Daniel delivered the chair and set it up. I have enjoyed using the chair appropriately 6 days a week for the past 5 years. A few days ago I noticed the chair was not performing the way I’d come to expect. I called Daniel on Thursday afternoon and he advised he’d be at my house the next day around noon. Daniel arrived the next day (an hour early) and went right to work. He immediately identified that a couple of sensors were not performing as they should be. Within about 30 minutes he’d replaced the sensors and ensured all the other moving parts were working as they should be. He insured that I understood what he had done and why. He was the perfect example of a professional. He was knowledgeable, thorough, honest, friendly and polite. When we purchased the product, 5 years earlier, he told me his company had the best chair service in the Lower Mainland. Yesterday, I had the luxury of seeing that outstanding customer service in action. Thanks very much. Rick Dinwoodie
