Called them when I hit ditch and they never responded so I called another towing and scheduled to tow the next day. Turns out my car was gone. No one contacted me. I had to call police station so they could tell me where my car is. I've then called Roger Menard all weekend for them never to answer their phone. I work in a few hours and have yet to get in contact and retrieve my car. Very poor judgment on their part. Not a happy customer.

Recently moved to the area, did a lot of local searching and word of mouth recommendations. Roger Menard Garage came up pretty consistently. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I bring both my and my wife’s car there now.
