We started with a New Years back up emergency and when I called all companies in and out of the area the neighbours had used none would help. I found Josh’s company by Google search and he was prompt in answering and offering to help. He quickly had someone on site, a diagnosis and fix. This work had to be done in a sewage filled crawl space and the team were champs and had no problem getting it done. They then came back within a week to help replace an aging water pump that was about to die. Tidy, quick, knowledgeable and professional, affordable and flexible. Great experience, highly recommend.

Called Josh on short notice. My client already had another plumber there saying would be a few days to just get a quote. Josh was able to trouble shoot the issue and started work the next day. Very happy with his service.

My husband and son determined that one of the pumps in the basement wasn’t working. We called numerous companies that advertised “emergency service - 24/7”. Not one company even attempted to help. We got Laker Plumbing’s number from a family member and Josh called us back very quickly. He told us that he had a job on Monday, but said he would stop in on his way home. He came earlier than expected, determined the issue, went to Peterborough to get a new pump, and installed it very quickly. He provided advice on ongoing maintenance, and his fees were more than fair. Josh will be providing us with quotes for other work that needs to be completed. We were well more than impressed and so very grateful for Josh’s prompt, courteous and efficient services. We would highly recommend!
