I really love their sale items but I so so wish they didn't have such expensive dresses. Im not sure if the quality warrants such prices!

Was looking to buy a suit for a wedding and I asked one of the employees for help and they gave me great advice on how to get the best fit at the lowest cost possible. The employee who helped me was Megan (Meghan (?)). Super friendly and helpful with the whole process too! Definitely will direct friends and family to buy from here.

My husband and I came in looking for a suit and Sarah and Megan came to the rescue!We found a great mint pant, but the matching jacket was nowhere to be found. Megan checked the back for us with no luck, and ended up phoning 3 different stores to track one down in just the right size! I’m pretty sure it was the last one ever, and thanks to these 2 rockstars, we got it! We are beyond happy with the service they provided and with the prices of the items we got. My husband’s gonna look fab at our event! Thank you so much Megan and Sarah!!

Customer is not well behaved and one of them was so rude to talk.the store provides 30% discount but when you select the items the customer service says not 30% but 30 dollars discount.

The store manager, Sarah, and her assistant manager (unfortunately, didn't catch her name) are fantastic. Last week, I placed an online order for in-store pick up; however, because I was unable to pick up my items within the 5-day pickup period I called to ask if they could extend the hold.While there was no way to override the system, Sarah assured me she would keep my items aside until I was able to come in. She also made sure I knew exactly what to expect: my online order would automatically be cancelled/refunded after 5 days, but the items would still be reserved for me to re-purchase when I came in.When I visited the store, Sarah was not there, but the assistant manager already knew about my situation without needing an explanation. She also knew exactly which items were mine, and processed my order quickly and efficiently. She ensured all the original discounts were applied to my new order (and even added an extra one!) without me needing to ask or double check.Overall, great communication, and very friendly and efficient service.

Had amazing experience with Coquitlam RW & CO because of staff name Brianne. Very friendly and also professional. She need raise for sure. Thank you again

Update: went again this evening, I can’t not walk out with a bag full of amazing items! I should just get rid of everything I own and redo it with only RW clothes! Except keep everything I have from them already of cause! Thanks again Sarah and other staff there this evening!Update:Went back in today to pick up another shirt and wanted another outfit or two. Came out with exactly that! Honest and fair advice, with a huge element of care towards actually making me feel good! Thanks again Sarah!Previous review:Went yesterday and came out very happy. Was around 10:40 when I arrived and left around 12:30. Two ladies, Sarah and Faith, yey I was so happy thanks so much for all the great advice, help and customer service. They made me feel amazing and so happy to be there! I don’t go anywhere else for any work clothes!
