Aon Reed Stenhouse Inc.

I moved here from Toronto, I had insurance with Aon back in Ontario and contacted this branch to switch over to get insurance in Nova Scotia. Well while my broker in Ontario was very diligent and professional, I waited more than a week to get a response from a lady named Dianne. I gave her my home address and received an email back saying she would be in touch the next day. Well a week goes by I contact her again this time by phone, she takes more detailed information and advises me she has to go to the market and will contact me with a policy to review in a few days. 2 weeks pass by not a word, I email her a few times asking if she had a policy, no answer. I finally send an email advising that if I did not hear back by the end of the next day I will assume they cannot help me. That was more than a week ago and still no response! They have lost me as a client.
