Sahir Parmar Real Estate | My journey into Real Estate... I came to Canada as an international student in 2009. I studied Mechanical Engineering at Ontario Tech University, in Oshawa, ON. Back then, my whole idea of moving to Canada was to get foreign education and then move back to Mumbai, India, the place I am originally from. Little did I know, I fell in love with this beautiful country. Throughout the 11 years, I have lived life practically like a digital nomad moving to cities wherever I would find a job. I have lived in Oshawa, Markham, Milton, North York, Mississauga, London, Niagara Falls, Scarborough and Toronto. Moving from place to place within Ontario throughout my eleven-year journey has familiarized me with most of the neighbourhoods in and around the GTA. This intrigued me to buy my first condo at a location that suited my needs the most. The whole notion of myself getting a Real Estate license and pursuing a career in Real Estate began after I purchased my first condo. The joy I had on my face when I got my condo keys in my hand was unbelievable. The entire journey of finding a home to placing an offer was very enthralling to me and it sparked a desire to pursue Real Estate as a career full-time. Fast forward to today, I am a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative specializing in pre-construction and buying, selling and leasing resale condominiums, single-family and multi-family residential properties in and around the Greater Toronto Area. I have walked the steps from being a nervous buyer to owning my first property through guidance and determination. Now, I am here to share my experiences and guide you through this journey of buying and selling Real Estate, as I believe that Real Estate is for everyone, from first-time home-buyers to investors. With a background in customer service, marketing and business development, I understand how to deal with clients and create meaningful relationships. My goal is to guide my clients throughout their buying, selling and leasing journey as a trusted advisor and friend. I am well versed in four languages, English, Hindi, Urdu and Gujarati. When I am not working, I am usually driving around and exploring different cities and towns with my wife. We love to try out different cuisines, with Tacos, Wings and Baklava's topping our all-time favourites. Travelling, reading, working out, soccer, basketball and adventure is something I look forward to. I live by the phrase "Be a better version of yourself than yesterday."
