Games Workshop

It's a chain store that sells only their own products, but the staff are super friendly and enthusiastic, and there are tables where you can learn to assemble and paint or play the games sold. Good, friendly environment. Highly recommended! Say hi to John, the manager while you're there.

Literally the most helpful people I've ever met at any store I've ever been to:-I bought a few items online to pick up at this location in about a week. When I called in later to clarify how I should pick them up, they offered to cancel the online order on my behalf so I could buy those items in-store instead. This saved me 6 days on delivering a birthday gift for my best friend-when I wanted to buy paints, they introduced me to the Citadel Colors app and helped guide me through which paint schemes I liked most and which paints I should buy to achieve them-When looking at proxies for my army, they recommended which in-store boxes they'd recommend, as well as other army sets to look at-They let me know early on about a Christmas day preorder that I had no knowledge about, offering to sign me up for the announcement (I didn't buy that box, but it lead me to another army's pre-order box that I did buy)Unbelievable customer service. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me as much as possible. No hesitation or annoyance when I had questions. I love these guys!

Honestly the best part about it store is the AMAZING staff. They are so kind patient and extremely knowledgeable. As a complete beginner to the warhammer series I knew next to nothing other than what a space marine looked like. However the staff were so nice to speak with me at length about the series and answer all questions and intrigue me to continue learning and experiencing more of this massive series. The staff have truly made me into a budding warhammer fan and I'm so glad they did.

The Staff is what makes this location a great choice. Knowledgeable, friendly and answer all questions no matter how dumb they may be. Only complaint has nothing to do with store or staff is the continuing challenge to get the product you want. Company seems very into turning a buck.

I simply enjoy walking into this store. The staff is always helpful and is always willing to talk about everything and anything Warhammer. I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff members as well.

Great introduction to Warhammer. Booked a painting tutorial with Paolo, did a fantastic job helping me get started. Community at the store seems pretty great too from what I saw.
