Great store, friendly & knowledgeable staff with a great selection! I was happy to find a unique style of sink that I have been looking all over the city for.

Excellent service

Decent quality materials but as the product was not manufactured to the dimentions specified on the packaging it did not fit in the space so we returned it. Not only did they charge a restocking fee for a product that was not to specifications, they couldn't figure out the 20% restocking fee and ended up refunding $102 of a $141 sink, that is 28% charge by my math.

Website was missing some info so I called in for more questions.I stated the exact size, LxWxD of sink I was looking for, stated It was replacing a current sink so the counter top was already cut, and then asked if they had anything matching my description.The person on the other end was very soft spoken and had a thick accent that was near impossible to decipher. She kept saying something about needing the proper sized hole cut in the counter. Which was completely irrelevant if she has payed any sort of attention to my initial information.I was hoping if my call didn't give me all the info, then I would go into the store. But after that phone call I will be looking elsewhere. Quite unsatisfied.
