This place is great !! They always have the broadest selection of costumes and accessories, the staff is very helpful and kind. They also have really awesome Halloween decorations (I like coming just so see the decorations honestly).I will always come to Spirit Halloween for my Halloween needs :)

Great store! I was really happy with the service that Randa provided! They were relatively low on sizes because I went shopping so late, but she was so patient and showed me so many different costumes until I finally found something that worked. I will definitely be back

Nice stuff but the owner is horrible!!! I bought a bunch of stuff and on the way out he wanted to see my receipt, so I gave it to him and then he pulled me by my sweater to go behind the counter!!! He scared me! Made me feel like a criminal! I proved myself!!! And then he took my receipt. I got it back after arguing and am taking my stuff back because I won’t support this business!!!

They aren't always at the same location every year so the atmosphere can change a bit. This year was by far the most relaxing pleasant experience I've had there. I've been going every year for 10 years at least. Nothing's cheap but the selection is terrific.

Staff are wonderful until you return things you don’t need… returned a few items last night and was berated by a gentleman who I’m assuming was the manager for no reason and stated “if you continue to return more I will know your face” like who says that?! I was returning things that I didn’t know I already had.. not right to berate someone like that… I will never enter this location again…

Paid a stupid amount for an accessory for my kids costume, drove an hour back home, found out they didn't put it in the bag. No way to contact them at all, no phone no email. Wouldn't be a big deal if I could call and talk to someone but there's zero customer service available after you step out the door.

Spirit is honestly one of the better chains to shop for Halloween costumes. I know, because I went to several looking for very specific items. Spirit had the hardest variety, with better quality costumes and the prices are pretty reasonable. Of course nothing is cheap these days, especially since Halloween has grown in popularity over the last decade. I like that Spirit sells other items too, like home decor, mugs and the like. This location was very friendly when I went and helped me find what I was looking for. If I’m needing anything between now and Halloween I would go back to Spirit over the other shops.
