Fantastic service. Fairly priced. Had a leather jacket re-lined there and am very pleased with the results. The new lining is nicer than the original lining by Danier.O. M. G. This years later I 'just' noticed the gorgeous pattern 'inside my sleeves'. I just put the jacket on and never looked back.Work around the original liner to maintain all the pockets...Thanks so much. I love it so much.(just look at the jacket... I was excited and not retaking them! Lol) LG G8X 'barely' fits. But it fits.19 yo leather. 2020If I 'somehow' wear this out... I'll mail it to you.

Paula is an excellent Tailor and designer. She completely took apart a dress I brought to her made from a difficult material. She met the deadline for the dress and continued to make extra alterations to ensure I loved it. She is kind and professional and going to Paula means your getting the best work for the best price. She's the only person I trust with big projects

I used to go to Paula often to get clothing altered, however recently I haven't been satisfied with her service. I feel badly leaving a negative review for a small independent business during these times, but if you pay for a service, you should expect quality. In June I had the hem of a pair of shorts fixed. It is now August and the stitching which the seamstress put in, has fallen out- I've worn these shorts maybe three times and hand washed them. Two weeks ago, I went to Paula to have a pair of denim shorts taken in, and the zipper in a dress fixed, as well as hemmed. I had agreed to check back in a week. When I returned to pick up the shorts (which were ready) and dress, Paula took it off of the rack, looked at it and said the zipper had not been done, so I agreed to stay and wait. She then proceeded to work on the zipper which is great, but stated things to herself about being rushed and then loudly said there is nothing worse than being rushed while I work." I then stated I could return the next day

Paula has hemmed/sewn so many things for me. Now I have discovered Paula’s handmade shift dresses and I love them! I am large-ish so finding a well-made, comfy, pretty-colored loose summer dress is a treasure. I have 5 dresses now in 2 lengths. Paula has lots of material to choose from so I didn’t have to buy the wrong material like I usually do for sewing projects.

I was referred to Paula's Place Tailor Shop approximately seven years ago. The proprietor has never let me down. She has become my tailor of choice. She will give an honest estimation of cost and an expected time for completion, based upon her workload. More often than not, she has had my items ready for pickup on the desired date, or usually before the appointed time. Paula is pleasant and takes pride in attempting to meet all your tailoring needs.

Paula is a fabulous person and have been using her for a few years. She can fix just about anything besides clothes like curtains, etc. Her response time is very fast! Highly recommend Paula.

Paula is top of the line! I’ve been 100% satisfied with everything I take to her. She also made custom pan African face masks for me that were a huge hit! At this point, I wouldn’t use another seamstress.

I chose Paula to alter and hem my wedding skirt. She did an exceptional job at a very reasonable price. Despite the difficulty of the material and the challenge placed, she executed it perfectly. I received endless compliments, and I was amazed at how perfect it fit--better than I could have imagined! I will definitely be returning with my future tailoring needs.
