I have had several stylists cut my hair here, and every one of them did a fantastic job. Depending on which day I book, Alex and Lilly are my go to's.

This saloon is situated inside CF- Sherway gardens the premium out-let mall near my home. I did my very first hair cut from this saloon last week. They offer a great service but slightly over priced because they charged me 80$ for a simple hair cut where as other parlors from same complex offers the same for a better price.Front desk person not as friendly as we expect from such a high-fi parlor inside a premium outlet like CF Sherway Gardens.She ignored me initially and later came with an unfriendly attitude. But the staff who did my hair cut was really nice and friendly. I’m reducing one star for the front desk person’s attitude.They will likely to get more foot fall for the service they are providing if they manage to appoint a more appealing front desk staff, in spite of the fact that they are overpriced.

I have gone to Folino Hair Salon several times, and the staff are consistently professional and very considerate to customers. Vlad is one of the best hair stylists at the salon. He recommends a haircut that best suits your face structure, body shape, and lifestyle. I would highly recommend this place.

Purchased shampoo and conditioner for girlfriend for Christmas. There was no receipt given at the time and no information provided about the exchange policy. Store would not refund product or exchange for service. Staff I delt with was condescending and made no effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

So happy with the services ! Alex is incredible, I went in with dark roots / blonde balayage and requested a heavy set of blonde highlights. This appointment was very important to me as my wedding is upcoming. I feel beautiful ! Thank you so much Alex.

Worst experience. I went in for a clean-up after having cut my hair 2.5 months prior at my regular salon. Ended up having to pay $90+ at Folino’s just to cut 2 inches off. I was told it was because the racist old woman who cut my hair was a “senior” stylist and that was her rate. Not only did she overcharge me, but I also had to sit through while she nagged about minority people and expressed annoyance with multiculturism. Take your money elsewhere where it’s appreciated and you’re not paying approx $100 to snip off an inch or two.

Great experience, Vlad took his time with the consultation and did a great job with my hair, receptionist was also nice! A little pricey but they do quality work

They changed my appointment a few times because my hairdresser didn't show up. For a roots touch up half a head payed 250+ not worth it. Hairstyles are very pushy in buying products and including a blow dryer
