Ryan and Jade were amazing! With no appointment, I stopped in to see if I could get my muffler removed until my appointment the next week. With the tides that be, had a no-show where Ryan was able to take a look and replace it within the hour! Amazing service! Thanks again guys! ☺️

Mighty Auto Bedford has a great team. They are efficient and forthcoming with repairs that are needed now but also warn you of repairs coming up in the future so you can plan ahead..When it comes to regular maintenance and major repairs- Mighty Auto is my go-to automotive repair shop. I live near this location, so when I began taking my car to Mighty Auto (Bedford), it was for convenience. But now, I couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else because my experience with them has been nothing less than exceptional: everyone there is friendly and honest; they clearly explain what the problem is with your car and do their best to provide reasonably priced service. It feels great to be using a trusted auto service provider.

Jade, the front desk assistant manager, is a great and knowledgeable addition to Ryan's staff. The female mechanic who did my MVI found some car issues that had been brought to my attention a few months earlier by another mechanic there. It wasn't urgent work but I was impressed that they both, at different times inspecting my car, confirmed the same issues. I did get it fixed and it was done on time, as promised, close to the quoted amount. I always trust my car needs to Ryan and his great team. Jeannie C.
