Terrible hours of operations. Open 3 hours only on some days. A decent Service Centre should be open the same hours as the rest of the mall. While the Headquarters of the STO in the Hull sector is nearly inaccessible by bus, I will resort to buy my pass (no choice but to bus to work due to lack and expensive parking downtown) at a convenience ... via driving (yep the pass recharging stations are rare in Hull).

I was served by Carolyn. She was able to answer all of my questions and explain all the cards and how to charge them and when and more.. and she did all this in English, patiently and warmly..

Staff very nice and helpful. Being new to Gatineau they answered all my questions and in English. Would like to see at least 1 night a week open past 6pm

Rude drivers all the time! they are always angry and they don’t like the job they do. they are even angry on people arround them outside the bus.

Today July 8th there a national outrage and I am unable to recharge my STO pass using my debit and I don’t have my debit card with me to withdraw some money.I have no way to go home and the drivers won’t let me go on the busThank you STO for your understanding.Worst people ever.

STO buss driver are the most inconsiderate people I know. Oh you are a regular and it so happens that u forgot/lost ur bus card ? Good luck cuz you will need it! They will show u the doors and leave u without any remorse. They are always late. These driver will be seeing u trying to run the extra 3 meters to catch the bus and they will drive off indifferently.
