Scammer! Please avoid using him. He towed my truck after an accident to his yard without my permission and tried to charge me more what MTO rates are which is against the law. He made excuses so he can keep my truck longer so he can charge more storage fees. I had to fight back and remind him about what guidelines say and still wanted to avoid refunding illegal charges. He is a liar. NEVER use North Algonquin Towing.

Was served by them through CAA and Bailey was awesome! He towed my truck to Ottawa and was an awesome worker. Would definitely recommend them.

Safty-ed my motorcycle worked with me to make it as painless as possible and even gave me something to put my license plate on with.

We were renting a uHaul from the attached office on a Saturday. No uHaul attendant but the two gentlemen at the Napa Auto Care got us the number to contact for the uHaul manager of the office AND came and pulled the uHaul out of the frozen parking spot, just to be helpful. We weren't even customers and these guys were the most helpful people of the day.

My wife's vehicle broke down a few weeks before a planned drive from Ontario to Newfoundland, and she called NAT for a tow to a local repair shop. That local repair shop was unfortunately unable to service/repair the vehicle until after our departure date from Ontario, which was a similar situation across other shops due to it being the beginning of tire season. This was a major concern for us as travel plans had been made. The driver was sympathetic to our situation, friendly, and professional; he offered to tow it to their shop. He was confident that the NAT team would be able to look at it in the morning with an update by end of day. I asked them to fix whatever was necessary and ensure that it was safe and road-worthy. The following afternoon I received a call from Mike with fantastic news. They fit the job in their schedule as intended, made all necessary repairs, and Mike specifically addressed my concern of it being safe for my wife to drive. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the issue and repairs completed, reassured me that it was safe and reliable for the road for many kilometers to come. I personally found the cost pleasantly surprising for the high-level of service provided, work completed, customer care, and job duration (less than 24hrs). Mike was very genuine, clearly a good person and a dedicated customer service provider. A big thanks to the NAT team from my wife and I !!!

Lovely lady as dispatcher. She went above and beyond just to get me information as I wait for the driver to arrive.Happy to pay the money out of pocket as CAA was being difficult just because of how nice she was. Made my night better.

These people were great! I posted a review that was not meant for them. They reached out to me to resolve the issue being very polite! After this phone call they offered to reach out to the company that we felt did us wrong! If I need a company to tow my car I would be calling North Algonkin towing first before any other company! I would trust them any day knowing that if something went wrong they would like nothing more than to fix the problem! Kristy was very helpful and also gave me good advice!

Very friendly professional service on the phone ... Jason, who showed up , was very personable and professional.. it was a Sunday, and he was there in no time . It's definitely the go-to for towing in the valley.

Had 2 flat tires - Called North Algonquin and spoke to Mike who is the owner. Towed my vehicle to his shop where unfortunately tires had to be replaced. He dropped me off at my friends workplace so I can hitch a ride home. Picked vehicle up after the weekend. Mike and his staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% Recommend
