Windsor International Transit was very clean and friendly people.

Worst bus service dropping 2 people in front of me and can’t take one in. People has to stand hours for bus in open cubicles which are cold af and can’t even reach their destination at time.

The hours of service could be better, most people are busy from 8AM to 6PM

What's the point of a schedule if the buses are always late, it's about time the problem gets solved

by far the worst bus service I’ve ever experienced in my life. the drivers almost always have a very terrible attitude and the staff inside are the slowest people imaginable. Having ONE desk attendant available with a line of 8+ people right as most people are commuting home from work/school...who on earth made the schedule?? busses are literally almost always late, or almost always full and WILL pass by you and STILL drop others off in ur face, with a smile. a driver today literally saw me coming to his bus (Dominion 5 at the 6PM departure from the terminal on the 19th of June, 2023). HE was already 6 minutes late to arrive at the station to pick people up (a usual occurrence) and I was stuck inside along with several others waiting in line to reload my buss pass with one available worker until her dizzy coworker joined her. I take this route everyday after work and always take the 6PM bus. The driver legit looked me dead in the eyes, smiled for a good 6-7 seconds as he slowly drove past me. every single person waiting outside for their own miserable drivers to spawn from the ashes had the same disgusted and shocked reaction. keep in mind i was literally within 4-5 feet of the bus, and it would have taken all of 7 seconds for me to be able to get to the front door…complete rubbish. absolutely horrible useless attitudes.
