Quiet tenants, clean building and well situated for quick access to shopping via car, or bus routes.Beautiful greenery with an inner courtyard that allows tenants to exercise their pets off leash. Only small dogs allowed...no exceptions.Heat and hot water included, as well as an on site indoor swimming pool.

Have lived here over 4 years now. Biggest draw was the low rent and pool. Pool hasn’t been open for the last 2 years so I don’t know why they still promote it on rental sites. Old building with very noisy pipes in winter. Building manager has changed at least 4 times since I moved in.

Such a dump. Been here for 5 months now and there are still plumbing leaks, holes in walls, crooked floors. Broken subflooring. I honestly don't know how this place is not condemned

My partner and I have lived here just over a year, the pros are that we are paying $1245 for a one bedroom. Cons is that we have had a hole in our bathroom ceiling for 4-5 months now due to maintenance coming to fix another apartments shower, our shower faucet has been leaking prior to the hole in our ceiling and the Building Management does not respond to these concerns at all. Instead of completing repairs within apartments the buildings exterior was repainted.

I lived there for 2 years when I stayed in Canda for study. It has been almost over 10 years from now, but seeing the pics of this place makes me go back to the memory of when I lived there.
