Don's were recommended to me and I was glad I went. Service personnel were very friendly...i didn't have appt but got in and out in reasonable time as had my tires changed out winter to summer AND BEST OF ALL...it was cheaper than I have ever paid.

15/10 would recommend. I was stranded 5 hrs from home with my 6yo and Les got me a tow within an hour when tow trucks were booked for days. My vehicle was fixed within hours at an incredibly decent price. But what makes this experience so impressive is the way the entire team helped me thru one of the worst days of my life. They entertained my son and helped me stay calm...over and above amazing care. In a heartbeat I would drive the 5 hrs to have future dealings with Les and Trail Tire, he is salt of the earth.

My truck sat at another shop all day just for them to tell me their tire machine couldn’t mount my tires. It was a Friday afternoon, during winter tire season , with no appointment, the staff at Don’s told me to come down and they would do their best to squeeze it in knowing I was in a pinch. Literally two hours later my truck was done. Keeping in mind they didn’t even sell me the tires and still got me in like that speaks volumes. Moving forward Don’s Tire has earned my business for tires and mechanical. Thanks guys!

In all ways, they have exceeded my expectations. Too many positive experiences to list, but every single time I find myself needing tires/auto repairs, I end up back here, leaving with a smile. Kudos to a great team.

Called last Tuesday about getting winter tires and was surprised that I could get studded ones from here during this busy time. I was warned that it was first come first serve and what time they opened at. Went in on Friday and was in the parking lot before they opened. Had to take a phone call and walked in a couple minutes past open. Asked if they had time for me to buy tires and then to put them on. Was told: “Well technically we have a sign outside that says we are full for the day.” A Rudest customer service I have had. I understand having a bunch of customers but do not talk to me like I can’t comprehend what is going on. I drove from out of town here and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I and my old Chysler Sebring are a frequent flyer here (they practically know me by name) and can always count on great service.
