I have to be honest, I was very skeptical when I first spoke to Jody. I didnt think I could get a mortgage, because my bank had already said no. Jody collected all my info and took my case to a few of his lenders. He came back with good news. He found a lender willing to work with me. We started house shopping and Jody supported us and adjusted our budget a couple times. We found the house that would work for us and he got the deal done. He came through on all counts and even accommodated our weird schedule. It all came together as he said it would, when it would, with no issue. You made a believer out of me Jody. For that I thank you.

I recently got a mortgage approved with Jody and the process could not have been easier. He is very knowledgeable and able to translate the information and the process to me in a way that made sense. With Jody’s help, my wife and I were quickly able to secure a mortgage for our first home. The purchase had to happen fast, and Jody found us a bank to get approved in less than two weeks. He was flexible and willing to discuss our questions whenever we called, and he patiently explained the process to us every step of the way. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get a approved for a mortgage.

Jody made my mortgage simple and easy. I was worried about moving to an American Lender but Jody made the point that he works for me now, and if there any issues, it's his responsibility to talk to my lender which put my anxiety at ease. We even identified savings thru the process. My favorite part about Jody's counsel are the snack-able videos he sends to inform clients of impacts of rate increases. I would recommend Jody to anyone that wants a mortgage broker working for them, not an institution!
