1st time in this place and i had great expirienced thou i was walk in patient. front desk are very nice. No long wait for walk ins. Highly recommended!

The medical center is great, there is no wait time. Doctor Al Kabir has been my family doctor since 2010. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his expertise. Nurses are very experienced and friendly.

Our family has seen Dr. Elkabir several times as walk-ins and he has got to be one of the more common sense reasonable doctors I have met and dealt with. I work in healthcare and see wasted dollars and time a lot, but he knows when things are necessary and when they are not. I wish he would take us on as patients though, but happy to see him as well as a walk-in when we need it.

Both the staff and Dr. Nabil are very helpful and caring. They're always accommodating and ensure great care for their patients. Although I go on a walk-in basis, I'm always treated like an established patient.

The doctor was very caring and thorough with his assessment for my husband and myself. He followed up on our medical care, and was willing to take the time to listen to our questions, and explain the treatment needed. I would highly recomend him!

I was appalled at the lack of care or professionalism from this clinics doctor E. He talked down to us from the start, he made the patient feel as if they were not in the room, nonexistent and rushed. Family accompanied the patient and were ridiculed and criticized when asking questions. Afterwards patient and family felt as though they were in trouble…not exactly a helpful or deescalating approach. If anyone is looking for compassionate care go elsewhere, The experience was deeply troubling. I find it disturbing the owner comments the concerns patients have on the reviews both medical or otherwise. This seems unfair as we ourselves are not asking for reviews simply telling others of our own experience. The nurses were kind but the male doctor will leave a negative impact on patient.

I wouldn’t recommend as a last minute clinic. I went to this clinic because it was the only place I could find an appointment for my newborn as I wasn’t sure what was wrong. I couldn’t get in to see out normal doctor we go to. The doctor we saw last week saw us all of 5 mins and just walked out saying my baby is fine. Uhh I wouldn’t be coming here just to hear that. I had so many questions and he gave me typical answers or no answer at all. And the fact that he was only in the appointment for 5 mins - I could have kept my newborn at home and still wondered what was wrong. I’m just so disappointment because I’ve never dealt with a doctor like this. I wish we had gone somewhere else. And its sad because I’ve had such great doctors which leave high expectations, the whole of Canada and Alberta is desperate for doctors and this is how we get treated and especially as a new mother.

If you are looking for a great doctor, someone to put care towards their patient as their profession dictates? Then do not go here. Dr. E spent not even 2 minutes with me, he rushed the process the entire time. Look, I’ll extend an olive branch, I enjoy efficiency as much as the next person, but not the extent of being annoyed and trying to rid you of their sight. I had a burning sensation which comes and goes randomly, varying in severity over the last month. There is pain right near the attachments of the fingers. He “diagnoses” it by saying that does not follow the norms of a neurological condition. Proceeds to ask if I’ve done manual labour. Responded with I only go to the gym. His solution is to stop working out for a month, and wear padding on my hands. Not before suggesting I go home and think about what the problem is, and to isolate where it could have came from. Apparently, the new way of medicine it seems, is telling a patient to figure it out for themselves. The nurses were the best part of your clinic. You should re-think your profession given your lack of care.

The appointment felt extremely rushed and dismissive. As I can see this is quite common in other reviews. I mentioned I had low blood pressure earlier this week at a different walk-in and he didn’t even take my blood pressure. Doctors always take vitals, but not at this clinic.
