Horrible experince. Waiting time is more than 1hour. They will charge you 100 $ if don't show up but they will keep you wait for ever.

Dr. Aneet Mann is a wonderful surgeon. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, sensitive, and informative. She went an extra mile to make the entire surgery process go well. I was very fortunate to have her perform my surgery and would highly recommend her. We really need more doctors like her.

I don't like being charged for a missed appointment either. But they kept switching my appointment around and left messages to call them back. Don't leave multiple messages. All non urgent calls will be returned within 24 hours".This is a joke because nobody called me back. No chance to get somebody on the phone. But you will hear a looooong message about online appointment booking

I am very displeased with the Surgeon's attitude towards my case. Wish I read the reviews here prior to dealing with the clinic. I've requested for two things but yet to get any response for either. For one, I'm at the verge of losing my job because a surgeon has refused to sign my work documents affirming the surgery took place under the guise that she's busy and not always in the office". Get someone to sign on your behalf if you can't. It's as simple as that. The bureaucracy here Is unnecessary."

Good doctors but the Surgicorp booking and call in system kills them. Pre-op instructions never came in snail mail. They won’t use email and no message recorder, so there is no way to call in and let them know the pre-op prep isn’t working. I get a $100 cancellation fee from a booking system that basically set me up and failed.

I have been a patient here since 2008. Dr Chyczij has done 2 surgeries on me. I have nothing but good to report about him and all the staff. No complaints here

Dr. Klingbeil fixed my hernias, he was polite, thorough, professional and confident. Exactly how I want my surgeon to be. If you need bedside manner or to be coddled either send your mama to med school or get yourself a chihuahua. He's out here improving people's quality of life.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10/10
