Just had my first babe and decided on midwifery care. The team here is INCREDIBLE. It was so comforting knowing you’re in the best hands during your pregnancy journey. The clinic is warm, welcoming and Nikki made me feel like the most stunning pregnant person there ever was (thanks Nikki! Lol). Also, shoutout to Sherri & Beth who came to my birth—couldn’t have done it without you!Tip: Once you pee on a stick, give them a call!

If I could rate my experience with 10 stars I would! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic and these women. I just had my second baby a few days ago with Talbot Creek after having my first baby with them as well. Both experiences were extremely positive, I was (and am) so well taken care of. While the prenatal care is great, it’s really the labour and delivery and postpartum care where these ladies really shine. My two births were vastly different in length and complications but never once in either of them did I ever feel unsure or not completely heard, supported and taken care of. The support and care you receive during the entire birth experience is top notch and I owe every ounce of gratitude to these women for getting me through both experiences and safely bringing my daughters into the world! I was always well informed as to what happening during my births and every decision was brought to mine and my husband to make before anything was done. Being able to take advantage of the early discharge program with my most recent birth was a game changer. To be home and in my own bed just hours after giving birth was magic.The weeks following birth and the postpartum visits you have at your home and at the clinic are so helpful and reassuring, especially when I was a first time mom. This is the one part of having a midwife that I think is the most overlooked and honestly the very best service this clinic provides. Not only do they come to your home to check on you and baby multiple times, you can page them anytime with any questions you have, feeding/breastfeeding support and they are there day or night to help you in person if they can. It can take weeks just to see a lactation consultant in the community! This level of care is above and beyond and I’m so thankful I’m able to have that level of peace of mind knowing they are there whenever I need them.I could go on forever about how positive my experience was but if you’re ever considering midwifery care this is the clinic to use! All of my midwives and everyone I’ve come in contact with at the clinic have been amazing and so helpful, this place is truly the best!

What an amazing team of women it is who work here. I can't even begin to put into words how much care I received throughout pregnancy, labour/delivery, and postpartum. A huge thank you to the entire staff there for making the birth of our first child the most wonderful experience - couldn't have done it without you!

We had our second baby with Talbot Creek Midwives. Nikki, Sara and Sylvia took care of us and have been absolutely phenomenal throughout. They are patient with visits and thorough with information sharing and resources. Thinking back to my first pregnancy, had I been in care here, I would've been much more prepared. I wholeheartedly recommend Talbot Creek Midwives to any expecting mothers.

Talbot creek are seriously the most amazing midwives! They were my care providers for my first pregnancy and I could not have asked for more caring and supportive midwives. Every appointment they make it clear that they are there for you and your decisions, and make sure you have the knowledge you need to have the best birth possible. My home birth went so smoothly in Sarah’s care. She was supportive and made myself and my husband feels as comfortable as we could be! The home visits after you give birth are amazing as well. Cannot say enough good things about all these women! Would not chose anything over a homebirth with midwives for future children because of the amazing care I received here.

Our Talbot Creek Midwives were amazing. From our first appointment, they made it clear that they were on this journey with us, making a point to include my husband every step of the way. I loved that they took the time to get to know us as a couple, and the way that all of the midwives worked as a team. If something happened where my team" was not available

I can honestly say all of the Talbot Creek midwives are fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of us during our first pregnancy and birth. BIG shout out to Meg who was unbelievable before, during, and after! It was so hard saying goodbye after my 6-week check up, but I look forward to experiencing their care again during my next pregnancy. Thank you, ladies!

What an amazing people works here.The most supportive, caring, informative group of women! Before starting care we had so many fears and anxiety around pregnancy and birth. The crew at Talbot Creek midwives listened to us, validated us and support my entire family through the entire experience. They made sure every decision I made was an informed one and I am truly grateful for their guidance and support! These women will be your most supportive cheerleaders to make you feel like a badass for birthing a tiny human!

On top of that the at-home postpartum care was exceptional.Talbot Creek midwives feels like a family. They really care about both the mother and baby. You will not regret going with them!
