It was beautiful the service was great the country was beautiful and the clerk was very helpful highly recommend Enterprise to all my friends

When you need a rental call this company. They are all about the customer.

Good service, but only one employee. Rarely has variety of vehicles on site but staff is flexible and eager to be helpful

Not even 1 star.To start, I had a 9 AM appointment to meet them for my rental car. I booked it for 9 AM as I work for 9:30. There was also another customer waiting as well. So to confirm they should have been there for 9 AM with 2 rentals.One lady shows up with 1 rental car , 25 minutes late. It’s not even my rental .. but she offers to take my security deposit. As I go to pay, it’s not going through. I told her it’s a debit Visa- confirming I told Enterprise this is how I will be paying ****, but of course she forgot the debit machine .. so after waiting 20 minutes for her to deal with the other customer, she lets me know that she can go get the other rental and the debit machine , or I can bring ALL my things , car seat and my 5 year old daughter in a vehicle with her , to go back to Enterprise and settle it there.Well as my time as limited, I decided to hop in with her. We get to enterprise, she parks 5 cars away from the door , and the entire parking lot is NOT sanded. I am 2 months pregnant , almost slipping , and my daughter almost slips twice as I am holding her hand.After I sign for the rental , she double checks outside the vehicle for damage , and that’s it. She did not offer to help with me with all my things , walking back and forth 5 car length on pure ice to the rental. Oh and that’s not all, The coolant light came on on Day 2, maybe because she didn’t even turn on the vehicle for me to make sure everything was ok inside the car. Let’s see what kind of service I’ll get when I bring the car in to say the coolant light is on.NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
