I took my iPhone 11 in to replace what I thought was a cracked screen Josh looked at it said and said it is “just the screen protector “ you don’t need a new screen. Thank you for your honesty and prompt service I will be back again. Highly recommend their services

My phone wouldn't charge. I took it in and Josh saw the issue right away, my charging port was filled with fluff. He pulled it out with his special tweezers that don't damage the parts. And he didn't charge me a thing. I'm a happy customer!

Really fast turnaround time and fixed my broken screen perfectly. Added a screen protector and cleaned out the charging port as well. Really friendly service and would highly recommend them to anyone

Dude there saved my old man's 60th party. My cord for an old kareoke machine broke on me a couple hours before the party was to begin. I went in looking for a replacement but I knew it was a beyond slim chance as it's a rare cord. He had an option but volts were to low so he actually fixed this what in assuming is a 15 year old power block. Due to this I got to hear some old aunts, uncles and family friends absolutely destroy and put fire to other wise classic beautiful songs.

I have used Cellular Magician twice for phone issues that I needed fixed. Both times it was Josh that helped me. I can only say good things about the service I was given. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and at no point did he make me feel stupid. I felt safe with the services that were provided. Just walked out of cellular magician in Woodstock for a screen replacement. I was pleased that it was able to be done in the same day I dropped it off. The staff were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable, I would recommend to anyone looking for repairs.

I’m fairly new to the city and this was the top recommended place and now I can see why.My phone screen was literally smashed to such an extent, the flashlight was making a weird buzzing noise, and there were many rainbow lines on the screen. I had 0 hope when I went in to meet them.The staff is so friendly! Sean took my phone even though he had so many repairs going on, and gave me a MORE THAN FAIR price, for the condition my phone was in.I gave it in about two hours before their closing time, and received a call the next morning that it was ready for pick up!Literally the fastest and friendliest service! My phone looks brand new, and I have no complaints for the awesome price.
