I always hate going into these places. Trying to wheel and deal trying to get a better phone / plan. But let me tell you the ladies working here actually care about you and try to get you the best deal possible. I had a great experience only downside was they didn't have the phones I wanted in stock but they quickly got them in for me. When you go in talk to Jennifer she's great!
