FANTASTICAL! OUTSTANDING! LOVELY! EXCEPTIONAL! WONDERFUL!Living Wellness Dental did not disappoint in any way. Today was my first visit to the clinic and let me begin with telling you that the magic begins when you first open the door! The first front desk administrator I saw, Savannah, greeted me with a lovely smile! Right away she got me settled in with all the information I needed to know. Then Michelle joined her up front and both were just lovely, positive, cheerful towards me making sure I hadn’t been waiting too long and if there was anything I needed. The clinic space felt warm and welcoming! I can only imagine how much better this place will get after renovations are done! When the dental assistant Elly came to get me to prepare me to see Dr. DeSanti, she was thorough, asked a lot of questions, very tech savvy and was overall just a bundle of joy (sending extra blessings to her).Dr. DeSanti did not disappoint! He gave wonderful healthy dental advice, was very thorough with my checkup and was able to help with my left side bite issues I have been having! I wasn’t even expecting he could do something for me that day, and his adjustment I can tell already is helping! At checkout, Savannah once again was through, informative and excelled at her job! She helped me get set up with all my appointments, did all the pre-determinations I needed and was excellent at explaining everything I needed to know! To the other staff I did not deal with today, I want them to know I could feel their positive energy. Everyone I saw today smiled at me or took a moment to say hello! Everyone seemed to just be positive and lovely!If you are in the market to find a new dental office, then look no further. This place cares about more than just your teeth, they care about you as a whole person! Living Wellness Dental, I wish I could give you infinite stars because these people deserve positive recognition as they are nothing but EXCEPTIONAL! :)

I had my first visit at Living Wellness this week but even before having stepped foot in the clinic, the staff had already set a high bar. I had called the clinic to book an appointment and obtain further information on what a biological dentist and dental clinic does differently than the conventional practices. That phone conversation not only provided the information I was seeking, more importantly it made me feel very welcome and at home even before my first visit. When I came for my appointment, I was impressed by all the friendly faces and welcoming smiles. During my initial assessment, Dr. Desantis reaffirmed for me by way of his inquiries into my personal history and subsequent follow up to my responses, that the focus of this practice is to maintain and restore dental health by holistic means rather than superficial, symptomatic-only treatment. He provided non-toxic, supplementary and dietary related suggestions for tooth/enamel strengthening and maintenance of gum health. Bryce (who did my cleaning) was highly attentive towards any discomfort I was prone to experience during cleaning of sensitive areas, and made sure to check in with me regularly during the process. Having come with a background of healthy skepticism towards the dental and medical establishment as a whole, I can say that I feel comfortable and confident that the Living Wellness team truly prioritizes the best interests of their clients. I look forward to growing my relationship with this wonderful team!

I am new to Living wellness Dental. I was looking for a Holistic approach to dental health. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The Dentist and staff were great. Gentle touch and painless experience.

My healing breakthrough occurred almost immediately after Dr. Robertson extracted my root canals. I did not realize how sick I was until these were removed. Vague symptoms of fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, body aches and pains were all alleviated after the three old root canals were pulled.I was hesitant to do implants, but got to the point where my teeth were shifting and bone loss was a concern. I opted for the zirconia implants and was amazed at how smooth and easy the process was for me. Dr. Robertson works with such gentle care, precision and confidence. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and this is important when performing intricate work on ones mouth! I will be forever grateful for my new smile and renewed health.If you have been jaded by historical dental experiences, or just have anxiety about having dental work done, look no further than Living Wellness Dental. Dr. Robertson, Dr. DeSanti, Dr. Redd, along with the Hygenists, Dental Assistants, and Front Line staff, all offer wonderful, honest, friendly service.

Finally a dentist that actually cares about your teeth (and more). By far the most comprehensive dentist I've ever been to. They're extremely knowledgeable and consider more than just your teeth. They do a detailed analysis of your gums, recommend good practices to improve and maintain good health apart from other dentists that just get you in and get you out. They're also not too rough which I've experienced with others. Along with being very kind, it feels more than just a plain old dentist visit. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Living Wellness are some of the friendliest people. I had to bring both children with me (one of them was supposed to have her first cleaning) but she was too scared. They were so understanding and kind to her and honoured her nervousness in such a gentle way. They made me feel at ease in an otherwise chaotic visit (both children crying and me needing to see the dentist myself). They offer kids netflix to watch and they are allowed to choose their own prize after. They also sell Boka toothpaste at a much cheaper price then anywhere I have bought online before.

The staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable and understanding. I appreciate having a dentist nearby who approaches oral health from a whole-body holistic approach.

I absolutely adore this dental office! Bryce cleaned my teeth today and she is wonderful - kind, gentle and was genuinely concerned with my comfort. The office, overall, is so peaceful and calm. If there was a six star option that’s what I give Living Wellness Dental!

Helpful staff from beginning to end. After leaving Maxwell dental (who id been with for years) as they clearly aren’t planning on being a biological dentist anymore, I was grateful to find Living Wellness. All the products used in my cleaning were natural, Bryce was kind and gentle, and the ladies at the front desk were more than helpful. If you are also on the hunt for a new biological dentistry practice, I can recommend LW!

I came to Living Wellness Dental in December 2022 for a few issues I wanted addressed. I was originally drawn to their office because of their holistic practices, including PRF, ozonated water, biocompatibility testing, and so forth. I have severe dental anxiety to do trauma from a horse accident as a teenager. Everyone in that office, including the receptionists, hygienists, dental assistants and dentists are very understanding and always ensure that I am as comfortable as possible before making any decisions. I primarily see Dr. DeSanti, who is nothing short of talented and kind, and have also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Redd for a quick emergency appointment. Dr. DeSanti is certainly NOT a money-hungry dentist and would clearly rather patients make the best informed decision for their health, over pushing them towards the most expensive treatment option. Every time I call, whether it's to ask a question or book an appointment, the receptionists are pleasant and don't make me feel as though I am a bother. I would reccomend Living Wellness Dental Northland any day and I feel very grateful to have found their practice. Thank you LWDN!
