I have gotten everything I needed from this location. A customer of 17 years I can say they have a great selection, knowledgeable staff and a comfortable environment. They also have another store/warehouse in Markham.

9/10 Great Prices, lots of brands the staff is very knowledgeable in most products..Convenient location also sits between two dispensary’s on Kingston rd west of Midland Ave. Also told there’s parking in the back…-Dw

After watching videos and reading up a bit on aquaponics I went into the store all excited about growing strawberries at home this winter and was ready to buy the equipment a get started. I spoke with the manager Miles who asked a few questions about what I wanted and then told me to go home and look things up on google as his store doesn't educate people as they are a do-it-yourself store. I persevered as I wanted to get the information I needed to get started and kept asking what pieces I need and how much they cost, he then told me that they don't sell starter kits.I tried to cut into his anti kit speech a few times to say that I didn't want a kit nor did I ask about them. As he was getting rid of me I noticed 2 starter kits next to the counter. After getting a seed supplier name I was gone. With other stores in Toronto and this store not even busy enough to buy their own store sign I thought they would be happy to have a walk in customer with cash in hand.

Best customer service, I'm never afraid to ask stupid questions because they are more then happy to talk to you about anything.They now know me, and I get a HUGE smile from everyone when I walk through the door! They all all so helpful! Love it there! I will never go anywhere else. I've even called 5 minutes to closing time, and they have stayed open for me (for about 15 minutes) just to come in a buy something! THATS customer service!!!!

First time visit to this shop. The staff that helped me out was extremely nice and helpful. Wide variety of products .. online shop before going over because of COVID can’t really shop inside they were good at getting ever I needed.

Great place!I went there today In need of some lights. I met Brad and Sandra , and I'm sorry if I'm wrong about that, her name could be sharron and I am sorry I didn't remember 100% . I had met Sandra before and today found out she was the owner . These two were the greatest people for me to deal with, especially for how I was feeling, had been out the night before and was completely brain dead and they couldn't have been any more polite and helpful the whole time. Knowledgable people , comfortable atmosphere . Sandra didn't have exactly what I was looking for but switched some product packaging and made sure I got what I was looking for. Great people, great place , I feel like a kid in a candy store going to her place lol especially hung over and on little sleep . And if it's Sharon and not Sandra, well , I'm an idiot lol. Looking forward to needing my next supplies! Was the highlight of my day going there! Keep up the good work!
