Dirty washrooms, employees walk right past you, not even acknowledging your existence. A kind I'll be right with you" would be feasible. They are very slow to serve indoor customers. The main focus seems to be on drive-through patrons."

I wish more than anything that I could get one correct order from this location in Selkirk. I obviously have a language problem that myself or my wife can figure out. I try not to go to this location or any Tim’s in Selkirk. I know I should just go in to order but sometimes I don’t have the extra time it takes to get my wheelchair out and go in.My coffee order was incorrect, my breakfast order was also wrong, my wife’s order was cool and un eatable and when we got home our donut order was incorrect. I like many Canadians go to various Timmy’s across Canada and the northern USA and seldom I have incorrect orders.

It is so sad how poor the staff's attitude is at the drive thru, not once but on numerous occasions. I make purchases for the Jordan's principle program regularly, which I send north for both the staff and clients. The supervisor did not seem apologetic at all when I brought my concerns to her. The staff were also in the back ground snickering at our conversation. Very disappointing.

I would not leave ANY stars at all but had no choice. Worst service ever. 6 employees working and not one person helped us. When asked if we were going to get helped, we got nothing but attitude and still had to wait another 5 minutes. This location definitely needs to get their s**t together

Went here on my lunch break and order was wrong twice. Didn't bother to go back the second time because now my time is being wasted. The lady's working drive thru were so impatient, not a single car behind me in line, and shoving my order in my face before I even had the chance to tap my card. Didn't punch my order in properly so went back the first time and the lady was taking so fast on the com I couldn't understand a word she was saying. Once I finally had the item fixed it was ready within seconds and wrong the second time. I highly do not recommend going to this location as the service has just become non existent

So glad I paid for 4 large ice caps and recieved what looks like 4 mediums in large cups..... do NOT goto this location if you want the full ice cap you paid for!

The dirtiest Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen. I took photos but can’t seem to post them, when I figure it out another review will be posted. The lack of customer service is embarrassing. I would be ashamed to be the manager that runs this location. All employees standing around saying they need to make coffee but standing around or hiding in the back, thinking someone else will do their job but no one wanting to work... Coming out and asking if I’ve been served yet and then I say no and they go back into the back room. Should never take 25 minutes to make a hot coffee and a cold coffee plus grab a donut from the showcase which the girl was cleaning it and ignoring customers. Expecting someone else who is also ignoring customers to serve them. Garbage all over the counters, all over the floors. Hire employees who do their jobs. This is ridiculous the amount of bad reviews about your employees.

Service was good and food was pretty standard. The reason I give one star is that the server had perfume on his wrist that transfered onto our cup lids. I want to taste my coffee, not someone's perfume. Don't know why this would be permitted at a tim hortons.

If I could have given no stars I would have! Went into the Manitoba store on March 4 2023 at 10:45 am there were 3 of us in line. I was the first one to make an order which took 15 minutes to finally pay, 2 coffees sat on the counter for 25 minutes and food was 25 minutes. When I finally left the store it was 10:35. In addition to all this the workers would talk in their own language when me and another gentleman tried to talk to them. Manager refuses to come out to fix the issues instead hid behind the wall yelling at the 2 customers besides me about how we all need to learn patience even though it had been 45 minutes. Employees ignored one customer that had come thru drive thru and didn't get his full order. They proceeded to yell at him that he received and then noticed it sitting on the counter. I have never encountered ANY restaurant that was this horrible and how they treat their customers is disgusting!!!! The manager can't even do her job!!!! Never will I ever go back!!
