I general contracted my own custom home and after having a few quotes I retained Norman to do the work. He set up in my house a 15 speaker/5 zone Sonos system all hardwired, and an interconnected surrounded sound system for my TV. I’m extremely happy with it, it exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased with the detail and work ethic that Norm took during the 3 days he was here to complete a busy set up. All wires/receivers/amps etc are nicely organized and labelled and from the several quotes I had I know for a fact Norm saved me 30-40% compared to the bigger companies out there. His follow up service has been good as well.

We called in to inquire about TV mounting services and we wanted to get a mount that would swivel left/right and we spoke for at least a half hour where Norm (business owner) explained to us all the little details and technicalities of mounting on different types of mounts and the risks involved with swivel mounts and such because we have small children. We just thought that our needs were not being met with a standard mount so he told us of other options like a tv stand with mount and even sent us links to products online which really moved us. He was willing to spend more time with us and making sure that we get something according to our needs. He also didn't just come over and install just whatever to make business. Norm is an honest and helpful businessman. I will surely want to get any mount service done from him.

I had called Norm to wall mount my 85' TV and also do the wire concealment. He came with all equipments, and has a great knowledge and experience. Norm finished job perfectly and charged me the best price. Much lower than what other shops do and did better job than most of them. Highly recommended.Thanks Norm.

I had my home pre wired by my builder. Contacted Norm to install 6 in ceiling and 2 in wall speakers. He was very professional. He ensured all was done correctly, measured out the proper distances and was very clean as well. His service's were excellent and he even went out of his way to fix a light fixture for me. Thank you Norm and I would definitely recommend you to anyone lokkong for an audio/video installer.

Norm, who is the one-man band running this company, was an absolute straight shooter. He came over the same day that I contacted him, loaded with every possible piece of equipment one could need (tools, mounts, cables, etc) and meticulously tailored a beautiful solution to mount my tv to the wall. Not only this, Norm made several on-the-fly improvisations to mount my Bose Soundbar, Apple TV, and PlayStation in a situation where there was very little to work with, and most would have undoubtedly told me it wouldn’t be possible. He even brought out a Skil Saw he had with him and cut an old shelf I had laying around, fitting it perfectly to the wall to support the aforementioned electronics. I was completely blown away by his work ethic, creativeness and craftsmanship and could not be more happy with the finished product (I wish I could post an image for bragging rights, but google doesn’t give this option. Trust me, it looks incredibly slick).Beyond this, Norm charged an EXTREMELY fair price (this is coming from a university student) for the entire job (I’m serious, Best Buy would have easily charged triple what Norm charged, and you can bet they wouldn’t be going above and beyond- such as (but not only) by CUTTING A SHELF ON SITE- to make it work). He was genuinely kind, honest, incredibly tidy in his work, and a pleasure to have in the house. I’m serious, don’t waste your money going big box or through large franchises who will have standardized techniques, costs and limitations, or bother attempting the job yourself without the proper knowledge and experience- having Norm over was literally like having your favourite uncle over if he was smart enough to set up entertainment units that look like they belong in an IKEA catalog.My only quarrels with the experience are that I can’t take it with me when I eventually move back home to Toronto, and that I’m now left with the underlying fear that whoever I call to do the job next time won’t be able to rival the overall quality and performance that Norm provided. I realize the review is a little long-winded, but I had to properly express how happy I was with the experience. Norm would be the first person I recommend to anyone looking for these services in the Ottawa area.

I would definitely recommend Norm to any of my family or friends. He is highly experienced and very knowledgeable in the electrical fields. He will always give u the best options you have.
