worst service ever. please dont rent here.. staff is really rude. Staff here gives you different answer every time. Refers you to property manager who never response back. never ever rent this place...if you guys delete it again.. i will rewrite it..

I don’t think I lived in a such a dirty building before. dog pops, garbage, smelly building and the area is very dangerous to live in, someone broke in my car in the outdoor parking and again in the indoor parking. Such a dirty building very bad area.

DO NOT RENT HERE....PERIOD!UPDATE!!!I left the review above and a couple months later I was informed that someone would take care of all my issues. It has been 2 months since this was promised and still nothing!! I am not asking for much, just the issues that were to be fixed before I moved in.....I have been here 11 months and nothing has been done.......AND I just received a notice that they are increasing my rent!! This place has terrible management and they do not care about anything in the building.....the top floor leaks when it rains and there is just a giant garbage pail in the hallway to collect the rainwater.....Trash all the way around.....Moving out asap!

Had the worst experience ever. Was a resident of unit 712. And was sharing accommodation with Qaiser Qureshi, also the land lord. He seemed very friendly and sweet at first. And he tricked us into paying first and last month rent. And never refunded back. Never ever trust him with money .

There is absolutely no parking, the air conditioning, heat and hot water break constantly and they take forever to fix anything. Management never know what's going, overall it's very unorganizd, everything is a pain to deal with here.

The worst apartment building I ever lived in. Employees in Management & Rental office are rude. If anything happens they say that they are not liable for anything. They didn’t address any of my complaints. Central AC doesn’t work, my car was broken into, Security is very poor, not enough security personnel, Car break-ins happens every week, No CCTV cameras in important areas like Parking and Hallway, Area is so Dangerous that drug addict roam around building area and they get inside the building and parking they steal and break stuffs. I strictly do not recommend living here.

Building management is poor. The maintenance is done after weeks of complaints. Unacceptable service from the management.

Worst place I’ve even lived in. Bad service, weird neighbor and dangerous underground parking. Someone broke our car and the manager just said nothing they can do. I am so glad that I can move out right now.

The place is good with all new amenities, Qureshi Qaiser from apartment 712 helped me in the arrival of new country, good spacious apartment , just need more security to make us feel safe from homeless people.

I had an interesting conversation with management downstairs recently. I have not seen more rude and arrogant girls than we have in our rental office. I had concerns about my new apartment that I am moving in to, unfortunately Michelle finds it stories" not actual problems that need attention. She clearly lied about pest control saying it has been done
