Extremely slow. The food and coffee is below par and you’ll have to wait 30 minutes for it; making you late to class without failure every single time.I only go here because of the limited food options on campus.

I’m a server working late shifts and tho solace is close to my house so I tend to come here after work. Usually the girl there at night is great. But tonight it was a guy who didn’t understand what I was ordering, it was a large green tea two sweetener and one milk. I repeated myself twice then he ask what size was it, so I replied “A large green tea, two sweetener and one milk” and after I paid and drove off and smelt coffee, so I checked and it was. I went back through the drive thru and repeated my order once again, then the worker proceeded to ask me once I got back to the window. I just wanted my tea without waiting 10 minutes then another 10 after they messed up

I haven’t ever been to a coffee shop that is as slow as this one. Currently, there are 4 people working behind the counter and none of them have taken an order in a few minutes. It’s seems like 2/4 are sort of doing something but the rest are not. The online ordering does not work here that’s all the team members have time for and makes the line unbearably long. There needs to be some serious changes here. Absolutely terrible.

My Mother and I had a bit of time to kill between Dr. appointments so we hit this Tim's location for a bite on Nov 18. We arrived about 11:30AM and the place was really busy. The main person at the front register was an amazing lady named Chris!! I say amazing because she kept the line moving quickly, yet she seemed to take her time to greet each and every customer and make them feel as if they were the only ones there. Cheers to you Chris for making our day just a bit brighter!! Karen M.

I experienced worst customer service at Tim Hortons. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visits to the Tim Hortons at Georgian College. On three separate occasions, my coffee order was not prepared to my satisfaction, and the individual responsible was rude and unprofessional each and every time in handling of the situation. The name tag of that individual showed the name DHRUV".This behavior has left a negative impact on my experience at Tim Hortons and I believe it is important to address it to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and service they deserve."

The worst customer experience ever. The person who was taking order was sounding so rude and arrogant. For the ease of Tim Hortons, there was a tag which has 'Dhruv' written on it.

I would love to give this place five stars as it's my go to place for coffee every Thursday and Friday. However, I am forced to wait in a huge lineup everyday as the staff there move svery slow. I worked at Tim Hortons for seven years and I understand that it gets busy but it should NEVER take more than 20 mins waiting in the line. Please look into the staff that are employed at this location. They have drinks on the line(health and safety concern as it is very unsanitary) and are on their phones most of the time( again, very unsanitary). Thank you
