Moment Spa Fairmont Le Reine Elizabeth
Got a massage a couple weeks ago with Mackenzie, best massage I have ever had. She was super sweet and very knowledgeable, I have never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa itself was a beautiful and relaxing environment, with very friendly staff. 10/10 recommend. Book with Mackenzie if availability allows :)

It was on whim that I decided to call Moment spa and book an appointment for a facial and it was the best decision of the day.My esthetician was Claire, she did an amazing job. Very professional, calm and explained each product before applying it on my skin. The way she did every strep of the facial was pure bliss.I also did the Valmont Cible contour des yeux treatment, and, it was magical. It was my first time at Moment spa, and I am hooked. I can't wait to be back.Thank you Moment spa & Claire for this beautiful and relaxing moment.Sonia.

My sister and I visited Le Moment spa for pedicures during a weekend trip to Montreal. Our spa visit was the highlight of our trip. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was! My aesthetician, Karina, was wonderful! She did and amazing job and was so kind and friendly. I can say 100% that it was the best pedicure I’ve had. My sister’s aesthetician was wonderful also, as was the front desk staff. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Over priced and just ok massage, advise to go outside hotel facility if you want something professional. The positive: Clean facility and very nice design and layout. No wait when upon arrival and prompt service. Masseuse was friendly. The negative: expensive as its $200 with tax for a 50 minute session. No intake form to discuss possible health issues and areas of body the masseuse should avoid. Masseuse English speaking skills was poor. Slathered me with oil and never removed it. Now have a train to catch and will have it on me for next 6 hours till i get home and have a hot shower. Massage itself was ok but nothing special. Mostly superficial rubbing.Overall impression: Meh :-(

My BF offered me a spa day for my bday! We were so excited to go to the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth…..who wouldn’t??( however, be aware that it is NOT affiliated with the Queen E)I will not say the names of the technicians here but will disclose if Fairmont reaches out to me.My experience today was very disappointing and I do not recommend the Moment Spa at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. My friend and I each had a facial and massage supposedly at the same time. My facial started 15 minutes late. ( because the person giving me the facial had to finish a manicure first) The facial was very basic! They don’t even make sure to protect your hair. So make sure you don’t have to go anywhere after because you’ll have oil all over. Not sure if the person had much experience in giving facials either. Too much talking from the technician also.I was very disappointed in the quality and professionalism of the treatment.Next was my massage. Lying down on my stomach, I had to place my face in the hole on a dry face cloth! Not what I had expected after all the benefits of a facial! Very uncomfortable and a little surprised by the “accommodations” .It was determined I would get a therapeutic massage. I mentioned to the technician I had fractured my back 10 months ago. I’ve had massages before but NEVER like this. I am wondering if this person had the credentials to do this type of massage. I have never felt so much pain during a massage. I can’t even find the words to describe the style of massage this was but I do have the bruises to show ( again, I will share my photos to Fairmont if they reach out to me) My regret is that I was unable to speak and ask the technician to stop as I was frozen there, almost in shock as to what was happening. I figured she must know better than me as to what can and can not be done. I should have told her to stop. But even then, this can NOT be considered a professional massage, and on so many levels. ( dry towel over face, head massage with facecloth still on head, cracking my fingers, wrist and ankles, twisting my head to each side and then lifting it off the table to pinch the nerves, technicien assuming I didn’t want my upper back and shoulders massaged, using her elbows and thumbs to dig in lower back…. I can go on)The real shocker was the bill for our treatments….720$ ( and we had to ask for a sample of cream because we were so itchy and dry after the pool and sauna)My friend and I have been at other spas for so much less but with much better services. We probably had our expectations set high but considering the price and location, who wouldn’t have?Bottom line- we didn’t get what we paid for ….ouch

I received the best massage of my life here (make sure to ask for Nicholas!). I am big spa lover and have to say this was my favourite experience to date. The spa itself is not extravagant (it's in the basement after all) but it is wonderfully renovated and decorated, extremely clean, and most importantly, the service is impeccable - from the front of house staff to the therapists. Treatment rooms are spacious and when I walked into my room, it already smelled so nice (of eucalyptus), I felt like I had paid for an aromatherapy upgrade. Music was just the right volume and tracks were very relaxing. Nicholas is definitely the best masseur I've come across to date (and I've been to many). I felt like I was melting into my lounge chair by the pool afterward. After my massage, Samantha welcomed me back with tea and cookies while Nicholas gave me a fantastic recommendation for a restaurant while I was in town. I wasn't planning to stay in the facilities very long but I ended up staying an extra two hours sitting by the gorgeous pool sipping on spa water and relaxing in the dry sauna. I travel to MTL frequently for work and don't usually stay the night but I definitely plan to take a later flight next time so I can squeeze in another visit to this facility!
