They will work with you if you can't pay the entire bond fee up front. They will give you up to two months to pay the final 40% of the bond fee.I liked that.

They were very helpful, and made it to where things went very smoothly, and my son was released within about 30 minutes. And completely worked with me to where I was able to bail him out, even though I was having a problem with my credit card at the time. Just wish now that the bank was as helpful and efficient as A-Affordable was, hut no such luck. Still haven't heard from their fraud investigator yet, a week later.....thanks A-Affordble.

Upon the call the guy was rude. I asked questions for clarification and he was discourteous. Called on a holiday and asked if they were open, he was snarky about it and replied, “I answered right.”I told him the previous contact I made, the person answered however they weren’t not open. He doesn’t have to be behaving such way at his big age.

Wasn’t anyone in office. Hard to hear on their century old phone to customer service next to their door. Poor customer service; did not try to keep my business when I suggested using a different bondsman. I would pay the extra $ if you’re trying to get out faster than a snail.

Spoke to many different people, one said they had already explained everything to me when they hadn't and i had to keep repeating myself over and over and over. They also said they'd call me back and never did... they were acting as of I was a criminal.... DC was amazing tho... they actually care so they got my business!
