The service was excellent! The seller was very helpful. Gave me a crash course on core for computers. Pointed out a few options and really explained why each option would be good for me and was not focused on selling the most expensive laptop possible.

Best buy is an example of why Amazon is such a power house. They advertise products they don't hv, at prices they don't hv...that change based on the filp of a page. Looking for a mini fridge, went to the store where it's displayed. On the website; it showed at 169, where it changes to 199 when you click on it. In the store it shows 199, but the store who has a model on floor...has no more. But its available in a nearby store...IN LAVAL. Absolute waste of time, the same as their geek squad. Such a bad joke.

Found a great deal on a 24 inch monitor. Reserved two of them online for in store pickup and was able to pick it up on short order. The service was average and the wait in line was longer than I would have like but still within the acceptable range.

Purchases a pair of apple airpods but because they are falling I came to return them after 6 days. Was told that because they are opened they can’ accept it. Same products on amazon or directly at apple you can return with no issues. Conclusion: avoid these so called merchants full of attitude and to business with companies that value your money! Never ever in my life will cross their store, let them bankrupt because they deserve it

My boyfriend and I just went in to shop for a TV and a vacuum. We were blown away by the great service provided by Antoine and Sadri. They were professional, patient, informative and kind!It’s rare that you find people that care about the customer experience and these guys were A+!We will be back to purchase the vacuum and TV!

Horrible service and experience. I stepped in the store hoping to have some more information on a product. I stood in the department for about 10 minutes, no one came to help, I approached 2 customer service agents and asked for help. They said they know nothing about the product and that they will call someone and they will come to me. I asked if I should just go back to the department and wait, they said yes. I waited. I waited. No one ever came. In total i wasted about 20 minutes in the store waiting without help. What is the point of stepping into a best buy? Isn't it for the 'human' experience? Next Time i'll just save myself the time and research the products online and buy it online. such a waste of time. At least I got to try out the product myself. But the questions lie unanswered.
