I have to say, everytime I come into this t-mobile they have had such good energy. The lady who helped me today was amazing. She gave me the best advice on canceling my ex bf phone line on my account and explained the difference with releasing and cancelling. If I recommend anyone it's the lady with the blonde hair. Super nice and Friendly and understood my situation without judgement.

I find them to be quite pricy but they're who we have had forever.The new surcharges are a pain.Just upgraded and feel like it couldn've been a lot easier and a lot smoother BUT the employee was very polite and very nice.

My experience was in the Ontario Oregon shop for T-Mobile. They are fantastic. I'll mention Oscar in particular because he bailed me out of a horrendous problem I was having trying to get somebody to give me internet service.And his remarkable help was no fluke! I went back later to try to get some phone issues resolved just a wonderful group of employees.

Stopped by on our way home to upgrade our daughters phone. Oscar and the team here were great! They answered all our questions, transferred over everything from the old phone to the new phone and really we had a great time! I know it’s weird to say we had a great time, but while everything is transferring over we had great conversations and the team was all engaging with not just us, but every customer that came in. Next time we’re traveling through, we’ll stop by and upgrade our other phones for sure!

Went in with my husband to upgrade our phones. Kailey helped us and answered our many questions. She was very patient and extremely helpful. Not only did we end up upgrading, but we also added 2 more lines for our kids and a few accessories. The whole process went smoothly. Highly recommend having her help if you plan on going here! We went in and Melisa Z helped us. She is great at what she does. She knows all of the ins and outs of what can and cannot be done. She was answering questions from co-workers, answering the phone, working on transferring our phones (2 from an old sprint plan and 1 from a different t-mobile plan) and all the data for the upgraded phones without once being frustrated or loosing her composure. It was alot! He knowledge was the best I had every seen in a retail store. Thanks Melisa!

T-Mobile has saved our family so much money. About 4 years ago, we had monthly bills of $250-350 per month. I had Metro from T-Mobile, had constant problems.So I asked a lady in their office who her service was with, she told the main T-Mobile. My bill dropped to under $100 per month for 3 phones. Inc 2 new ones with the plan. Their Service is exemplary. ALWAYS, EVERY TIMEI call. Gotta love that and I still do!
