Vacuum Central

I could have sworn I left a review long ago for them.I took my Miele canister vacuum in, as I accidentally threw out the filter attachment to the canister after dumping the dust. Just wasn’t thinking.They had my vacuum for months. MONTHS.Everytime I called the lady at the front told me Miele was back ordered & she would check for part & then nothing. I kept calling & calling. Same answer.I finally called Miele Canada and was put in touch with their people, who told me the parts weren’t back ordered & actually didn’t recommend these guys, but another repair shop for my Miele.I called the front desk girl back & told her that I had been in touch with Miele & they had the part. Miraculously, my vacuum finally got the part shortly after I contacted Miele.I don’t know why she wasn’t willing to call Miele and get me that part.She had told me she would order a new wand attachment for my other canister which also never happened.Super disappointed that they did nothing to fix my issue for months. I was patience, as everyone was experiencing supply chain issues, but it turns out that that was not the issue.

Amazing people and shop prices are fair and the service outstanding of your looking to have your vacuum repaired this is the place to go for sure

I am so very impressed with Vacuum Central. I had been searching for discontinued filters for my Dirt Devil hand vacuum. It looked like Vacuum Central had them but I had been down this road with 2 other companies. So I called. The wonderful woman who took my call actually put me on hold to go pull them from inventory and send me a photo just to be sure they were the right ones!!! Now that is GREAT customer service!!!! I now have a functioning vacuum and didn’t have to buy a new, lower quality “modern” version! THANK YOU!!!! Oh! I am in USA and they are in Canada! Makes the story even better!

I recently had some problems with my Miele vacuum, ones which I hoped would be covered under warranty. I first went to Vacuums R Us as they're close to our house but they were absolutely terrible to deal with (see my review of them for details). I then went to Vacuum Central and they were so, so excellent and among the best customer service that I’ve ever had.Petra (at Vacuum Central) was friendly, patient and very helpful. She listened to me describe my vacuum issues, explained how she resolve them, and then submitted a warranty claim to Miele.Just over a week later I got an update call from Petra; she explained that 2 of the 3 items on my issues list were fixed and that the 3rd problem (a broken part) would take a bit longer because it was backordered.A few days later Chris from Vacuum Central called and said that they’d found and installed the 3rd part and that my vacuum was ready to go. He also explained that he’d serviced/cleaned my vacuum and because I’d had such an awful time dealing with Vacuums R Us, that he wouldn’t charge me for the work. It was a completely unnecessary, but extremely appreciated, act of generosity.Bottom line: Petra and Chris at Vacuum Central offered top notch, fast and helpful customer service and they’ve gained a customer for life (that would be me). Thank you Petra and Chris.

I don't think that I can say enough about the service and knowledge provided by Chris and Petra at Vacuum Central. They have serviced several vacuums for me and always have the best advice with my best interest in mind. They do not over charge and always try to come to the best solution. I am so grateful to have found them and will refer them to anyone I know.

Friendly, affordable, tells you like it is, does not make up something if in good working order. In other words, I thought my Crosswave wasn’t sucking anymore. Dropped off and was looked at for $30. If repairs needed, $30 applied to the Bill. In my case, there was nothing wrong and was advised to reduce the dial content. Am very pleased.

We have been using Vacuum central for our cleaning business for several years. They are extremely knowledgeable and take care of our every need!! You cannot go wrong with them!!

Wow a big thank you to Chris and Petra! Our builder missed the rough-in of the central vacuum when they built our new house. So after we moved in they had their electrician look to see if they could install the lines for a central vacuum. We were told that there was no way to do it without damaging the walls. Chris and Petra came out to our house and Chris took a look and told us he could do it without any damage!! We now have a wonderful new central vacuum! I can't thank these two hard working small business owners enough for making my cleaning so much easier.

This company is such a blessing! Twice I have had troubles dealing with Miele customer service. Miele could certainly learn from Petra on how to do customer service the right way!!!!!! Whether on the phone or in person, Petra is diligent and determined to stay with you until the problem is solved. Greatly appreciated!!!!

I have been getting my commercial vacuums serviced and repaired with Vacuum Central for a few years now and the service is outstanding. Everyone is beyond efficient and knowledgeable and always eager to answer my questions or listen to me talk about how much i love vacuuming lol if you are looking to buy, repair or even talk shop this is the place you must go!
