I purchased a washer and dryer about a year ago, The dryer stopped working right away and they fixed it after 4 attempts .However the washer stopped draining recently so i reached out to them . The tech showed up and wanted me to again try another load to see if the same issue would happen. It did immediately.So i sent a recording of the humming sound the washer was making and i never heard back, ( This was last week ) . It seemed like something is stuck in the pump .But it has been a week and no one contacted me even after i sent the video . This is terrible customer service as i have lots of laundry to do with children and I feel like i was ignored. I was not worried about paying for the service call . I just wanted it fixed.I would not recommend this company to anyone or purchasing a unit from them. Because once you do .They make it seem like it is your fault or argue with you on what is happening with the units.

We bought a refurbished Kenmore Elite stove from this company via Facebook Marketplace for $600. They delivered it the same day, on a Saturday evening an hour and twenty minutes outside Edmonton in very cold winter weather. The young deliveryman even shovelled the snow off the steps which I couldn't do! The stove is great, with all the bells and whistles. It was installed and I got a full demo of all the features. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic quick service, fixed my problem with my dishwasher by just cleaning it and lubing some parts. Never tried selling me anything more. Would definately recommend!

We had such an easy experience buying a refurbished washer and dryer from here. They had exactly what we were looking for, and for a great price. The washer and dryer were both very clean and have been working great. It's been a month since we bought them. We also had them delivered and installed which was very quick. I'd highly recommend them.

Don't buy new appliances without first coming to see these guys! Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. We got a great product at a great price.

Good experience in the past, recently reached out via their Facebook page and left a voicemail, no one ever got back to me. If you can get them to respond, amazing techs and honest. But will be using someone else from now on.

Message him and it took a while for him to respond, had to keep reaching out for him to get back to me.Finally when he did and was able to come and check it out for $60.00.Let me know it was a part that needed to be replace and would cost me $250 for parts and labor. Told him I would let him know. Looked up the part and it was a $59.95 for the part, went and bought it. YouTubed how to change it, took 5 min to change and is now working perfect.So I would have been charged $190.00 for a 5 min fix job.Very disappointing how people can try and rip someone off like that.Do not recommend!!!!
