Very profession operation. The staff goes way past your expectations. My past experience...I needed a new starter electrical cord..they did not have one for my machine. So they took a much better one...and longer and just charged me the original price of the original. Very thoughtful. I now have a much longer one and do not have to go plug to plug in

Purchased some vac bags and a new Power Head [for carpets] for my built in 30 year old Nutone Vac System. Sales person assured me that the Power Head was compatible with my older system. It did work just fine. The costs were quite within reason. I am pleased with their service.Thank you.
